Printing Processes
Our branded promotional products can be personalised in many ways. One such example is the method of printing for your item. We want your logo to sing… we can give advice on this as well determine whether your item is better printed, embroidered, embossed, hot stamped or even laser engraved.
Presses printing
The process of changing the thickness of the sheet material under the action of the mold and pressing the undulating pattern or words on the cover of the notepad is called imprinting. The Logo produced does not require additional materials, but the original cover is pressed in with a mold to form a recessed logo to represent your brand.
Hot stamping
Gold bronzing and silver bronzing are also called "hot stamping", which is a printing decoration process by heating the metal printing plate, applying foil, and embossing golden characters or patterns on the printed matter.
Screen printing
Screen printing forces ink through a tightly-stretched mesh, which is attached to a frame called a screen. Screen printing allows you to match colours with precision and is widely to create custom-branded looks.
Transfer printing
Transfer printing is great for personalised clothing, with its inexpensive set-up and ability to recreate high-quality images on your preferred item of merchandise.
Laser engraving
Laser engraving is a marking method that uses high-energy-density lasers to locally irradiate the workpiece to vaporize or change the color of the surface material, thereby leaving a permanent mark. Laser carving can type a variety of words, symbols and patterns to make your branded merchandise pop!
